✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in original condition
The product is in its original packaging (tags, labels, seals intact)
You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened beauty and personal care products
Used health or wellness items
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
Customized or made-to-order products
Perishable goods

💵 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

✅ If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
🔁 If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement after we receive your return

Wait for a reply with return instructions and return address

Please do not send items back without receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Use a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages
Clearly write your name and order number inside the return package

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

📸 Take clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
